My husband and I live in Hawaii and needed to purchase a home in San Diego within a period of 3 months and Jessica made it happen. She worked so hard day in and day out, sending us new home listings, drove to open houses, scheduled private showing for us and took videos of homes in details so that we could review it time and time again carefully before making any decision since we were out of State Buyers and I’m a BIG WORRIER. Her professionalism and Negotiation skills are superb. She’s honest, she shared with us everything she knows regarding market values, neighborhood, school rating, history and condition of the homes, etc. so that we can make the right purchase decision. Her loan team was amazing as well, her team will help you get the loan you need with ease. We ran into some issues with Title for the home we were purchasing and Jessica went above and beyond; she went to the city and county herself to find out what else was needed, spoke with the right city officials to clear the home title with SPEED!!!! You need a Realtor with great strength, details oriented, dedicated, honest, hard working and some one you can Trust to represent you. She’s A DO-ER!!! Jessica helped us sell our rental property. She was very knowledgeable about how to prepare the house for sale, what updates were required, and staging for the house. She helped us set a price that made sense in the current market and also worked with the buyers and other agents to make sure that they stuck to their deadlines. Jessica was very communicative through the whole process and quickly responded to emails and texts. We never felt like we were out of the loop. Jessica helped my family to purchase our home earlier this year. I intentionally waited to compose this review until everything was done. I can now give an honest review of the process. We contact Jessica after speaking with friends about our interest in buying a home. She came highly regarded with good references. But kept a healthy skeptical mind throughout the process as I didn't know her personally. Jessica was fully committed to our purchase from the beginning. She booked all of the appointments as soon as we expressed interest in seeing the properties. All of our calls were promptly answered. We did feel like she was our personal Realtor and not just another name. Her knowledge of the market and local areas was appreciated since that translated to a highly focused search. Prior to completing the purchase, I had moments of cold feet. She calmed my nerves and addressed all of my concerns. Her advice was on point, specifically, she was right about the fair market offer amount. In the end, we purchased the home we really wanted. While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, if I had to nitpick about one opportunity for improvement, I would say that Jessica could work with a more competitive loan broker. The reason I waited so long before writing the review was to better understand Jessica's "after-sales support". I can honestly say she has been phenomenal. We had minor issues here and there with HOA etc and she promptly replied to and addressed every concern. If you value a good end-to-end purchase experience, I highly recommend you consider giving Jessica an opportunity to prove her value to you.

Her local knowledge of our area helped us secure a competitive purchase price with several protections in our contract to safeguard the competitive market. The processing of all of the documents was quick and easy and her follow up allowed me to provide documents at my own time. She responded any question/inquiry I had within minutes as this was the most important asset she provided us. This was my first home purchase and having someone reliably answer all the beginner questions was very helpful. Her negotiation skills were very tactful. Our FHA loan had many contingencies, she was able to express these to the buyer and we were able to reach an agreement. Jessica helped us purchase our first home in 2006. Being first timers, she gave us the time and patience we needed going through the process. In 2012, our family grew and we were ready for a new home. With the amazing experience we had the first time around, we called on Jessica for her help again. We ended up buying a short sale home. Usually the short sale process is very long and cumbersome, but with her help it went quickly and smoothly! She was available at all times to answer our questions and help ease our concerns. Happened to run into Jessica when she was showing another rental property. I had spent the prior week frustrated looking at "luxury" apartments in Little Italy, and Downtown was starting to look out in the suburbs. My partner and I are relocating from Palm Springs so I can attend graduate school. Jessica is a very knowledgeable and considerate agent. It is not easy listing a home for sale while living in it at the same time and she made the process much easier for our family. She was the point of contact for our listing and always provided us with plenty of time prior to each viewing. Anytime we had a question she was always available via phone or email. Prior to listing our home we discussed various options like having a set price or a price range. We went with her suggestion of the price range and it sold for the price we wanted. After we received our first offer she reach out to the other agents that recently viewed our home and we ended up with three offers in just a few days. Jessica was very professional and helpful from the start of working together with her. She has an abundance of contacts that she can refer to any step of the real estate market, from financing, insurance, handymen, etc. Anything that you need to get your house up to best state, she was ready to help. She represented me as my buyer's agent and was very good at negotiating as well as helping me with my decisions when I would ask for the advice. I have used two other agents before Jessica and after working with her, I can confidently say that she is the best agent that you can ever get. As a buyer, I always looked for better deals and kick-backs from agents, but I didn't know any better that good agents can negotiate for lower price, better protection, and sometimes the price is way lower than I could expected. In my case, Jessica did all those. The most important thing was she was able to get the house that I wanted. She saved me more money than the kick-back amount that I was offered by other agents. She got the house fixed by the seller. She won the bid over 5 other offers. I have no reservation of words to recommend Jessica to anyone.
